The body employs energy from three reserves:
- Carbohydrate (glycogen)

The body stores approximately three days’ worth of carbohydrates, therefore our protocol restricts simple carbohydrates (such as sugar) and complex carbohydrates (such as wheat and potatoes) until 100% of your weight loss goal is achieved.
